Church Choir
The Church Choir is a vital part of the music ministry
at Immanuel, a vehicle for all to experience lifting up praise to the Lord in
harmony. The choir is open to all who want to sing, age 12 and up. No prior
experience in choral singing is required, only the desire to make a joyful noise
to the Lord and work with other brothers and sisters to make the music as beautiful
as it can be.
The Choir has two focuses: to provide a musical Call To Worship each Sunday,
and to sing a variety of anthems as special music monthly throughout the year,
in three or four part harmony (SAB or SATB) with a variety of instrumental accompaniment.
The Choir meets every Sunday
between the worship services, 11 months per
year (except when pre-empted by fellowship meals or other church events). Rehearsal
should start at 12:00, or 5 minutes after the worship service.
If you are interested in singing in the choir, we welcome you! Please contact

large Sunday School room at the rear of the church.
