Discipleship Training
Discipleship training is a vital part of our Christian
calling. At IBC, it is accomplished in several venues, beginning with Pastor
David’s baptismal classes
(held periodically on Sundays after the service), and Pastor Tim's New
Believers Group (immediately after church on Sunday
mornings), continuing in all the different options where God’s Word is
taught: Sunday School,
home fellowship
groups, ladies’
Bible studies, youth
meetings, university
students’ gatherings, etc.).
We strongly encourage all our members to be involved in one of these options,
even as we try to help newcomers find their place in a small group for continuing
discipleship.
